Abstract
Since the start of COVID-19 people know COVID-19 for its effect on the lungs. Recent research has however shown that COVID-19 is also associated with neurological sequelae. As most studies focus on objective measurement on the most severest patients the effects on daily life functioning and what people experience regarding their complaints remains unclear. The present study therefore uses a subjective measurement tool to measure two things. First of all the difference between a COVID-19 and a non-COVID-19 group, on average, on general cognitive functioning and secondly, in the context of general cognitive functioning, whether severity of a COVID-19 infection influences memory results. This is done by comparing memory scores, on average, between two COVID-19 groups with each other.
