Abstract
In dit onderzoek werd de relatie tussen groepscohesie en de mate van samenwerking onderzocht. Daarnaast werd het modererende effect van individuele controle op deze relatie onderzocht. Met behulp van enquêtegegevens van bachelor studenten van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (N= 145), die deelnamen aan de bachelor-thesecursus, werd een kwantitatief onderzoeksdesign toegepast. Data werden verzameld middels een vragenlijst in de 11e week van de cursus. Om de hypotheses te toetsen, werd een regressiemoderatie-analyse uitgevoerd met behulp van de PROCESS-macro van Hayes. Groepscohesie bleek een significante voorspeller voor de mate van samenwerking. Voor het modererende effect van individuele controle is geen ondersteuning gevonden. Toekomstig onderzoek zou causaliteitseffecten kunnen bestuderen en generaliseerbaarheid vergroten door een andere doelgroep in te zetten.
