Abstract
This thesis explores the perception residents of Groningen have on the use of cargobikes. This is because the municipality is planning on implementing cargo bikes in Groningen. To study this surveys were handed out and sent to residents in Groningen. This thesis also explored if perceived behavioural control, the perception of abillity to perform a specific behaviour, would lead to a more positive attitude towards using cargo bikes. The results, however, were not significant, except for the correlation between attitude and intention of using cargo bikes. There is room for improvement concerning future research, which is disccused in the discussion.
