Abstract
Dit verkennende onderzoek beoordeelt de betrouwbaarheid van de Asser Psychotische Klachtenlijst en onderzoekt of ziekte-inzicht invloed heeft op de zelfrapportage van psychotische symptomen. Zestien cliënten vanuit het VIP-team hebben de APK-lijst ingevuld. Uit de betrouwbaarheidsanalyse blijkt dat de interne consistentie van de APK-lijst uitstekend is, met een zeer hoge Cronbach’s alpha. De one-way ANOVA’s toonden geen significant effect van ziekte-inzicht op de uitkomstmaat ‘psychotische symptomen’. Enkele verklarende factoren hiervoor kunnen de kleine en scheve verdeling in de steekproef en beperkte operationalisatie van de variabele ‘ziekte-inzicht’ zijn. De APK-lijst is betrouwbaar en waardevol voor het meten van de subjectieve beleving van psychotische symptomen bij cliënten met een psychotische stoornis. Verder onderzoek wordt aanbevolen voor het verkrijgen van meer inzicht in het concept ziekte-inzicht en de invulling van de APK-lijst in de praktijk.
