Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to examine the association between acceptance as an emotion regulation strategy and family resilience among Indonesian parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and parents of typically developing children (TD). In addition, the study tested whether this association differed between these parent groups and whether it was moderated by perceived stigma among parents of children with ASD.
