Abstract
Gedeeld leiderschap is een relatief nieuwe vorm van leiderschap, die recent veel bestudeerd is. Er is steeds meer bewijs dat gedeeld leiderschap bijdraagt aan team creativiteit. In het huidige onderzoek is het team creativiteit model ontworpen, om te onderzoeken of taak complexiteit de relatie tussen gedeeld leiderschap en team creativiteit modereert. Met een steekproef van 131 individuen die in teams in verschillende industrieën werken, hebben we gevonden dat de moderatie van taak complexiteit op de relatie van gedeeld leiderschap en team creativiteit niet significant is. We hebben echter wel gevonden dat gedeeld leiderschap en taak complexiteit beiden bijdragen aan team creativiteit. Deze bevindingen bieden inzicht op de effecten van gedeeld leiderschap en taak complexiteit op team creativiteit. Dit is belangrijk voor organisaties die op zoek zijn om de creatieve uitkomsten van hun teams te verhogen, want dit onderzoek laat zien dat gedeeld leiderschap en taak complexiteit gebruikt kunnen worden om de creativiteit van teams te verhogen.
