Abstract
This study investigates the needs for democratizing Sciences Po Bordeaux school decision-making processes. It uses insights from both the frameworks of Political and of Educational theory. The conclusions draw on teachers and students’ reports on their experience and aspirations on the topic. Ultimately, the objective is to provide the school community with relevant information to start a process of discussing and potentially changing the current system.
